A title sequence created for the German film ‘The Lives of Others’. The film is set in 1980s Germany and follows a Stasi officer spying on a couple in East Berlin. The look and feel of the film titles emulate the cold, urban landscape of Berlin at the time. The main concept revolves around the idea of being a ‘fly on the wall’ through hidden wires. The piece is made up of original video footage, video overlay effects as well as vector animation.
