A group effort, Planchest is a proposed app design to virtually showcase a large poster collection by collector Michael O’Connor, for Limerick City Gallery of Art.
My teammate and I’s main target was to create an app with easy navigation for young to middle-aged users who are interested in art and design. The look & feel of the interface incorporates a sophisticated dark theme to allow the varying styles of content to be the focal point on screen. Having a refined search feature was important as the collection includes thousands of posters of various regions and artists.
