Goodnight Mister Tom is a children’s book set in WWII. The story revolves around a young boy and an elderly man whose lives change drastically when put in each others care. The cover features an original painted illustration of the rural view described from the novel. The broken and worn teacups placed by an open window, represent the damaged and colourful past-lives of the two main characters.
