MOTION GRAPHICS
An animated title sequence created for the second season of the Netlfix television series ‘Master of None’. The show is semi-autobiographical, involving a character, Dev, living in New York city who struggles through issues of identity, relationships and modern life.
The titles is set in Dev’s supposed bedroom overlooking NYC, shifting through different times of day and weather changes suggesting the mundanity of millennial living. Production involved collaging many photographic assets of symbols that represent themes and episodes, but all the while the focal point is on a smart-phone. The smart-phone acts as the main catalyst for Dev’s relationships within the show.
